πΉπ Thai Airways female flight attendant arrested in Australia on suspicion of drug smuggling, Prime Minister orders thorough investigation
A 26-year-old female flight attendant with Thai Airways International was arrested and formally charged at Melbourne Airport on suspicion of bringing more than 1,000 grams of heroin into Australia. Thai Prime Minister Anutin expressed strong dissatisfaction with the incident and asked the relevant departments to fully investigate the case and investigate the relevant responsibilities according to law. Investigators seized more than 1,000 grams of heroin in the lining of 12 handbags they carried with them, worth about $340,000 on the black market.Australian prosecutors then formally charged him with two counts of suspected cross-border drug smuggling and possession of drugs under border control, and if convicted, could face up to 50 years in prison.
