Dear fellow landlords and real estate agents: Yesterday, the public security of the township of Trรชn Biรชn jointly with the public security of Tongnai Province carried out an inspection operation on the living conditions of foreigners.During the operation, a large gathering place of Chinese nationals was seized near the Topaz Twins apartment, and an investigation confirmed that the gang was suspected of using the location as a den for illegal and criminal activities.
We would like to share some on-site information and remind you to be vigilant, focusing on the following situations:
1. Foreign gangs that violate the law usually carry a large number of mattresses, folding beds, and other daily necessities into the residence, and rarely go out.
2. Gangs engaged in cyber fraud usually carry a large number of electronic devices, such as computers, tables and chairs, mobile phones, etc., to carry out fraudulent activities.
3. Fraudulent gangs usually have a Vietnamese person in charge of renting out rooms and arranging for a large number of foreigners to move in.
4. The age of fraudulent gang members is generally concentrated between the ages of 20 and 40.
