Unlawful detention in Phnom Penh: 2 Chinese men arrested, 4 Chinese rescued

Unlawful detention in Phnom Penh: 2 Chinese men arrested, 4 Chinese rescued
On May 23, police in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, successfully investigated a case of illegal detention, arrested two Chinese suspects in a house in Chom Chao District 3, Por Sen Chey District, and successfully rescued four Chinese victims.
It is understood that this operation was carried out by the Por Sen Chey District Police Department of Phnom Penh City in conjunction with Chom Chao 3 Administrative Police Station, and under the direct command of Lieutenant General Chuon Narin, Chief of the Phnom Penh Municipal Police Department, a raid was carried out on H18, Borey New Town, Prey Tea 1 Village.
During the operation, the police arrested two Chinese suspects on the spot, namely:
Qin Liangliang (transliteration), male, 38 years old;
Zhang Jianjun (transliterated), male, 37 years old.
Police also successfully rescued four Chinese men, namely:
Zhang Jipeng, 38 years old;
Hong Dayan, 38 years old;
Chen Genkai, 38 years old;
Xu Wenkai, 37 years old.
According to police reports, law enforcement officers seized a number of items suspected of being used for illegal detention and intimidation at the scene, including:
2 pairs of handcuffs;
1 black stun gun;
1 swinging iron rod;
1 chain about 52 cm long;
1 iron rod;
1 folding knife;
