In order to deepen the fight against online fraud, the Kampot provincial police recently issued an emergency mobilization order to publicly collect clues about the concealment of foreigners involved in fraud in the jurisdiction.
Police in Kampot have said that any citizen who provides key information leading to the successful dismantling of an electricity scam site and the capture of a foreigner involved in the scam will be rewarded with a cash prize of 2 million riel (about $500).
