During their detention, the victims were subjected to inhumane torture, including beatings and ill-treatment.Under the coercion of violence, Huang was forced to transfer $50,000 to the gang to save his life.
On May 7, the Westport Gendarmerie received a report and found an abandoned white Lexus car, which was used as a breakthrough for tracking. On the evening of May 9, Westport gendarmes surrounded the suspected villa. The suspect found that he was surrounded and tried to escape. Huang escaped from the villa in disorder. He was successfully received by the gendarmes and sent to the hospital for treatment. When he was rescued, he suffered multiple injuries.
